  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere.
  2. Assist customers in finding the right products for their home improvement projects by providing product knowledge and recommendations.
  3. Utilize sales techniques to promote and upsell products, while also maintaining a customer-focused approach.
  4. Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  5. Accurately process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are visually appealing.
  7. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  8. Continuously learn about new products and promotions in order to effectively assist customers.
  9. Follow company policies and procedures, including safety standards, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  10. Assist with inventory management, including counting and restocking products as needed.
  11. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed about company policies, new products, and sales techniques.
  12. Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and resolving any customer complaints or issues.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing Ace Hardware as a leading home improvement retailer.
