1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and assisting them in finding the right products for their projects.
3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the store's products and services to effectively answer customer questions and make recommendations.
4. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
5. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products to customers.
6. Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times to create a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
7. Continuously learn about new products and stay up-to-date on industry trends in order to better assist customers and increase sales.
8. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the store.
9. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
10. Strive to maintain a positive and friendly attitude, and represent the Ace Hardware brand in a positive light at all times.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
12. Take initiative to suggest and implement ideas for improving customer service and increasing sales.
13. Attend training sessions and meetings as required to continuously improve job knowledge and skills.
