1. Greet and welcome customers to Ace Hardware in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and providing product knowledge.
3. Demonstrate a strong understanding of STIHL products and their features to effectively assist customers in selecting the right product for their needs.
4. Utilize strong sales skills to promote and upsell STIHL products and accessories.
5. Conduct product demonstrations and provide hands-on technical support to customers.
6. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that all products are properly displayed and stocked.
7. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
8. Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide customers with the most up-to-date information.
10. Troubleshoot and resolve any customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.
12. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on STIHL equipment as needed.
13. Assist with inventory management and restocking of products.
14. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
15. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
