Job Description

  1. Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Assist customers in finding products and provide expert knowledge and advice on home improvement and hardware products.
  3. Ensure that the store is well-stocked and products are displayed neatly and attractively.
  4. Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, including properly handling and counting cash and maintaining accurate transaction records.
  6. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  7. Continuously learn about new products and promotions to effectively assist customers and increase sales.
  8. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety measures and cash handling protocols.
  10. Support store operations by keeping track of inventory, restocking shelves, and completing other tasks as assigned by management.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the Ace Hardware brand and values.
  12. Continuously strive to improve customer service skills and product knowledge through training and development opportunities.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador by promoting Ace Hardware products, services, and promotions to customers.
  14. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market competition to make recommendations for improving customer experience and increasing sales.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
