  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store with a positive and friendly attitude.
  2. Assist customers in finding products and provide recommendations based on their needs.
  3. Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions are completed in a timely manner.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  6. Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to effectively assist customers.
  7. Stock shelves, rotate merchandise, and ensure products are properly displayed.
  8. Maintain knowledge of all store products and departments to effectively assist customers.
  9. Complete sales transactions and process returns accurately.
  10. Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is well-maintained, stocked, and organized.
  11. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively engaging with customers and promoting products.
  12. Continuously strive to improve customer service and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
  13. Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and cash handling.
  14. Attend training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and store operations.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management to contribute to the overall success of the store.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Customer Service: A Successful Retail Sales Associate And Cashier At Ace Hardware Should Have Prior Experience In Providing Exceptional Customer Service. This Includes Being Friendly, Approachable, And Knowledgeable About The Store's Products And Services.
