  1. Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist customers in finding and selecting products, providing knowledgeable and helpful recommendations.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking products and arranging displays.
  4. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers and other point of sale systems.
  5. Answer customer questions and provide information about products, services, and store policies.
  6. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  7. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
  8. Develop and maintain product knowledge to effectively assist customers and make informed recommendations.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and a cohesive work environment.
  10. Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers, colleagues, and management at all times.
  12. Keep up-to-date with current promotions, sales, and discounts to effectively communicate to customers.
  13. Attend regular training sessions to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
  14. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  15. Maintain accurate cash drawer and balance at the end of each shift.
  16. Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment accurately and securely.
  17. Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.
