- Handle any escalated customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
Retail Management Experience: A Successful Retail Execution Manager At Ace Hardware Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In A Hardware Or Home Improvement Store. This Experience Should Include Managing Teams, Overseeing Store Operations, And Implementing Sales Strategies.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Retail Execution Manager, You Will Be Responsible For Leading And Motivating A Team Of Store Managers And Associates. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance, And Make Effective Decisions, Are Essential For This Role.
Excellent Communication Skills: Communication Is Key In A Retail Environment, And As A Retail Execution Manager, You Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Various Stakeholders, Including Store Managers, Corporate Teams, And Customers. Therefore, Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are A Must For This Role.
