  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers and other equipment.
  3. Provide knowledgeable and helpful assistance to customers with their purchases.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized cashier station at all times.
  5. Answer customer questions and address any concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
  6. Ensure that all policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service are followed.
  7. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the store.
  9. Handle returns and exchanges in a courteous and efficient manner.
  10. Uphold a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
  11. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to prevent loss and theft.
  12. Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a positive light at all times.
  13. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  14. Follow company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance guidelines.
  15. Assist with inventory control and restocking shelves when needed.
  16. Communicate any customer feedback or suggestions to management.
  17. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
  18. Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.
