1. Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's Point of Sale (POS) system.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns and resolving customer complaints.
4. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
5. Ensure all cash handling procedures are followed and accurately balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
6. Continuously learn about the store's products and services to effectively assist customers with their purchases.
7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure the store is adequately stocked and assist with restocking shelves as needed.
8. Adhere to store policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
9. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the store in a positive light.
