Cash Handling Experience: A Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience Handling Cash Transactions In A Retail Or Customer Service Setting Is Required.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Assist Customers With Their Purchases, Answer Questions, And Handle Any Customer Complaints Or Issues.
Basic Math Skills: Proficiency In Basic Math, Including The Ability To Count And Make Change Accurately, Is Essential For A Retail Cashier.
Product Knowledge: Knowledge Of Hardware And Home Improvement Products Is Preferred, But Not Required. Willingness To Learn And Stay Up To Date On Products And Promotions Is Necessary.
