3. Scan and bag items for customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
4. Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and store policies.
5. Process returns and exchanges following company policies and procedures.
6. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and company policies to effectively assist customers.
7. Keep cash register area clean and organized.
8. Assist in restocking and organizing merchandise on the sales floor.
9. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
10. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any customer concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
11. Follow all safety and security procedures to prevent theft and loss.
12. Uphold company values and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
13. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
14. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling cash transactions.
