1. Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing a positive first impression of the store.
2. Operate cash register and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
3. Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and store policies.
4. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
5. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
6. Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions.
7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales promotions to effectively assist customers.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and seamless customer experience.
9. Adhere to all cash handling and store security procedures.
10. Complete opening and closing procedures as assigned.
11. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards customers and team members.

13. Follow all safety and health guidelines to ensure the well-being of customers and team members.
14. Attend training and development sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
