  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and finding suitable rental equipment solutions.
  3. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of rental equipment and its proper use and maintenance.
  4. Assist customers with the rental process from start to finish, including completing rental agreements, collecting payments, and scheduling pick-up and return times.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their complete satisfaction with their rental experience.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized rental area, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and available for rent.
  7. Troubleshoot any equipment issues or concerns and provide timely solutions to customers.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective operations of the rental department.
  9. Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
