Plumbing Apprentice

1. Learn and Develop Plumbing Skills: The Plumbing Apprentice will have the opportunity to learn and develop their plumbing skills under the guidance of experienced plumbers. This includes learning the basics of plumbing, such as pipe fitting, installation, and repair techniques.
2. Assist Experienced Plumbers: The Plumbing Apprentice will be responsible for assisting experienced plumbers on various jobs, including residential and commercial plumbing projects. This may include helping with setup and clean up, fetching tools and materials, and completing tasks as directed by the lead plumber.
3. Maintain Clean and Safe Work Environment: It is the responsibility of the Plumbing Apprentice to help maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times. This includes following safety protocols, cleaning up after each job, and properly storing tools and materials.
4. Provide Excellent Customer Service: The Plumbing Apprentice must have a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. This includes being friendly, professional, and helpful to customers at all times.
5. Learn Company Procedures and Standards: The Plumbing Apprentice will be responsible for learning and understanding the company's procedures and standards for plumbing work. This includes following proper protocols, using the correct tools and materials, and adhering to safety guidelines.
6. Complete Training Program: The Plumbing Apprentice will be expected to complete a training program, which may include classroom instruction and hands-on learning. They must be committed to attending and actively participating in all training sessions.
