  1. Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their purchases, answering questions, and providing helpful advice and recommendations.
  2. Maintain a thorough understanding of all products and services offered by the store in order to effectively assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  3. Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers by maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, restocking shelves, and assisting with inventory management.
  4. Demonstrate a strong work ethic by being punctual, reliable, and taking on additional tasks as needed.
  5. Develop and maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers, colleagues, and management.
  6. Actively listen to customer needs and concerns, and take appropriate action to resolve any issues.
  7. Continuously learn and stay updated on new products, promotions, and company policies in order to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  8. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products to customers.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the store.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management.
  11. Participate in training and development opportunities provided by the company in order to enhance knowledge and skills.
  12. Maintain a positive attitude and foster a friendly and welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues.

  • Previous Retail Sales Experience: Candidates Should Have Previous Experience In A Retail Sales Environment, Preferably In The Hardware Or Home Improvement Industry.
