  1. Engage with customers and provide exceptional customer service by greeting them, answering their questions, and assisting them with their purchases.
  2. Utilize product knowledge and expertise to make recommendations and suggest additional products that meet the customer's needs.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and merchandise displays.
  4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
  5. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and services.
  6. Continuously educate yourself on new products, promotions, and industry trends to provide the best customer experience.
  7. Collaborate with team members and management to ensure a positive and efficient work environment.

  12. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking merchandise.
  13. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise with customers or products.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Part Time Sales Associate At Ace Hardware Should Possess Strong Interpersonal Skills And The Ability To Provide Exceptional Customer Service To All Customers.

  • Knowledge Of Hardware And Home Improvement Products: Candidates Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Products Sold At Ace Hardware And Be Able To Assist Customers In Finding The Right Products For Their Needs.
