9. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner, escalating to management when necessary.
10. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying management of any discrepancies or shortages.
11. Participate in store events and promotions to promote sales and engage with customers.
12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the company and its values to the highest standard.
