- Assemble grills according to manufacturer instructions and company standards.
- Inspect and test all assembled grills to ensure they are fully functional and safe for customer use.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient assembly process.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with any questions or concerns.
- Utilize strong attention to detail to ensure all parts and components are included in each grill assembly.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.
- Communicate any product or assembly issues to the appropriate supervisor or manager.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of grill assembly and excellent customer service.
- Maintain knowledge of all current and upcoming products and promotions in order to better assist customers.
- Continuously strive to improve assembly efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Previous Experience In Assembly Or Construction: A Strong Understanding Of How To Assemble And Build Items, As Well As Experience Using Tools And Following Instructions, Is Essential For This Position.
Attention To Detail: As A Part-Time Grill Assembler, It Is Crucial To Pay Close Attention To The Instructions And Ensure That All Parts Are Assembled Correctly. This Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail.
Physical Stamina: Assembling Grills Can Be Physically Demanding, So Candidates Must Be Able To Stand For Long Periods, Lift And Carry Heavy Objects, And Perform Repetitive Tasks.
