- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Efficiently and accurately process customer transactions using the cash register and other forms of payment.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering assistance, and ensuring a smooth checkout process.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking bags and supplies as needed.
- Assist with restocking and organizing products on the sales floor to ensure a visually appealing and easy-to-navigate shopping experience.
- Continuously communicate with team members to ensure efficient and effective store operations.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including cash handling and loss prevention measures.
- Identify and resolve any customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep updated on product knowledge and promotions in order to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

- Attend trainings and meetings as required to stay informed about company updates and policies.

Excellent Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Handle A High Volume Of Transactions In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Cash Handling Experience, Including Processing Payments, Counting And Balancing Drawers, And Handling Returns And Exchanges.
