1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store with a friendly and positive attitude.
2. Efficiently and accurately process customer transactions using the cash register and other forms of payment.
3. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering assistance, and ensuring a smooth checkout process.
4. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking bags and supplies as needed.
5. Assist with restocking and organizing products on the sales floor to ensure a visually appealing and easy-to-navigate shopping experience.
6. Continuously communicate with team members to ensure efficient and effective store operations.
7. Follow all company policies and procedures, including cash handling and loss prevention measures.
8. Identify and resolve any customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
9. Keep updated on product knowledge and promotions in order to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
10. Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
11. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe shopping environment for customers and employees.
12. Attend trainings and meetings as required to stay informed about company updates and policies.
13. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the store.
