Manager Sales Support

Provide team leadership, including recruiting/hiring, training, coaching, and prioritization for all Emery Jensen Key Account and Customer On-Boarding Support functions. Identify, develop, train and implement processes and standard operating procedures that maximize sales and support effectiveness and customer experience for assigned functions. Optimize resource allocation to best support current business opportunities and meet future business requirements – collaborate with sales leadership to align teams to provide optimal support and drive sales. Create and implement and maintain an ultra-responsive, customer-centric Service and Sales Support culture for Emery Jensen. Lead cross-functional team to establish operational relationship with the largest prospect customers and buying groups. Collaborate with and provide strategic direction to customer service and sales support functions on the Emery Jensen team, Ace business partners and shared services.
