Loss Prevention Officer

4. Collaborate with store management to develop and implement loss prevention strategies.
5. Conduct thorough investigations of suspected theft or other security incidents.
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to security incidents and investigations.
7. Train and educate store employees on loss prevention best practices.
8. Respond promptly and appropriately to any security incidents or alarms.
9. Work closely with law enforcement and other external agencies as needed.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in loss prevention.
11. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address potential security vulnerabilities.
12. Communicate effectively with customers and employees to promote a safe and secure shopping experience.
13. Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or discrepancies.
14. Continuously assess and improve store security measures.
15. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of the job.
