1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Assist customers with finding products and locating them within the store.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and offering product recommendations.
4. Load and carry items for customers, ensuring they are properly secured and safe for transport.
5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the loading and carrying equipment.
6. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient and timely customer service.
7. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for both customers and employees.
8. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.

11. Assist with restocking and organizing products on the sales floor when needed.

14. Attend training and development sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of products and services.
