1. Greet and welcome customers to Ace Hardware in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with loading and carrying heavy items to their vehicles.
3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of store layout and product locations to efficiently assist customers.
4. Ensure the safety of customers and team members by properly loading and securing heavy items.
5. Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves, organizing products, and monitoring inventory levels.
6. Keep the store clean, neat, and organized at all times, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
7. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
8. Demonstrate a strong work ethic by consistently arriving on time, being reliable and dependable, and completing tasks efficiently.
9. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
10. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service and store operations.
12. Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards customers, team members, and management.
13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including dress code and code of conduct.
14. Participate in training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
