1. Greet and welcome customers to Ace Hardware in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Provide expert knowledge and advice on lawn and garden care products and techniques to customers.
3. Assist customers in finding the right products for their specific needs and budget.
4. Maintain a clean and organized lawn and garden department, ensuring all products are properly stocked and displayed.
5. Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
6. Process special orders and returns for customers as needed.
7. Continuously learn and stay updated on new lawn and garden products and techniques.
8. Assist with merchandising and restocking products as needed.
9. Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
