- Manage key responsibilities such as opening and closing the store, maintaining security procedures, and handling cash and credit transactions.
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of hardware and home improvement products, assisting customers in finding the right products for their needs.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
- Train and mentor new team members on store procedures, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.

- Monitor inventory levels and assist in placing orders to ensure adequate stock of products.

Previous Retail Experience: A Key Holder At Ace Hardware Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Hardware Or Home Improvement Store. This Experience Will Ensure They Are Familiar With The Store's Products, Services, And Procedures.
Leadership Skills: As A Key Holder, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Store And Its Employees During Their Shift. They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate Their Team.
Excellent Customer Service: Ace Hardware Prides Itself On Providing Exceptional Customer Service, And A Key Holder Should Be Able To Uphold This Standard. They Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And Be Able To Handle Customer Inquiries, Complaints, And Requests In A Professional And Efficient Manner.
