1. Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude, making them feel welcome and valued.
2. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, locating products, and resolving any issues or concerns.
3. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, following store policies and procedures.
4. Open and close the store, ensuring all security measures are followed and the store is properly locked up.
5. Oversee the overall store operations in the absence of the store manager.
6. Ensure proper merchandising and stocking of products on the sales floor.
7. Train and supervise new employees on store procedures, customer service, and product knowledge.
8. Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring a safe and pleasant shopping environment.
9. Handle customer complaints and escalate any unresolved issues to the store manager.
10. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking of products.
11. Promote and maintain a positive work culture by leading by example and motivating team members.
12. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
13. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for both customers and employees.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.
