1. Install and maintain various heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial customers.
2. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment, including troubleshooting and diagnosing issues.
3. Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner, while adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.
4. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their HVAC needs and provide appropriate solutions.
5. Keep detailed records of all work performed, including materials used and time spent on each task.
6. Continuously stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology to provide the best service to customers.
7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
8. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from customers in a professional and timely manner.
9. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety regulations, to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
11. Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
12. Proactively identify potential issues and recommend solutions to improve customer satisfaction and equipment performance.
