1. Clean and maintain the store's interior and exterior, including restrooms, break rooms, and sales floor areas, to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
2. Perform daily tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces to maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation.
3. Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed to ensure all areas of the store are adequately stocked and maintained.
4. Utilize time-management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated shift hours.
5. Report any maintenance or safety issues to management immediately.
6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure all areas of the store are cleaned and maintained to company standards.
7. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing housekeeping duties.
8. Assist with receiving and organizing inventory as needed.
9. Communicate effectively and professionally with team members and customers.
10. Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
11. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures in order to maintain a high level of efficiency and effectiveness in housekeeping duties.
13. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
