4. Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for maintenance tasks, and report any shortages or needs to management.
5. Respond promptly to any maintenance requests or emergencies.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
7. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks.
8. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with store equipment, including but not limited to cash registers, computers, and lighting fixtures.
9. Assist with setting up and breaking down displays and fixtures as needed.
10. Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure a positive and efficient store environment.
11. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any maintenance concerns or questions from customers.
12. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline maintenance processes.
13. Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and techniques for maintenance and repairs.
14. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
