- Lead and manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, inventory management, customer service, and employee development.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Hire, train, and mentor a team of employees to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective action as needed.
