1. Greet and welcome customers to Ace Hardware's Garden Center in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their gardening needs and recommending products based on their specific projects.
3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all gardening products and services offered by Ace Hardware.
4. Proactively engage with customers to understand their gardening goals and provide personalized recommendations.
5. Assist with merchandising and restocking of products to ensure a visually appealing and organized Garden Center.
6. Operate the point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently for all customer transactions.
7. Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and upselling products to customers.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new products to provide the most updated information to customers.
10. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
11. Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and maintain Ace Hardware's reputation as a leading provider of gardening products and services.
12. Take responsibility for the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the Garden Center.
13. Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to the store management.
14. Attend training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
15. Uphold the values and mission of Ace Hardware at all times.
