2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in finding products, answering questions, and making product recommendations.
3. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and colleagues.
4. Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their purchases.
5. Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
6. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
7. Keep the sales floor and displays organized, clean, and fully stocked.
8. Continuously learn about new products and promotions to effectively communicate them to customers.
9. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
10. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
11. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
12. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe shopping environment for customers and employees.
13. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer service and sales processes.
14. Assist with inventory management, including restocking and inventory counts.
15. Uphold company values and represent the Ace Hardware brand in a positive manner.
