1. Greet and welcome customers to Ace Hardware in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customers' needs and concerns.
3. Assist customers in finding the right products for their projects by utilizing product knowledge and understanding of store inventory.
4. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking and arranging products.
5. Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
6. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products to customers.
7. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience and encourage repeat business.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and efficient customer service.
9. Continuously expand product knowledge through training and staying informed of industry trends and updates.

11. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and restocking products as needed.
