1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the store floor, including managing staff schedules and delegating tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
2. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that shelves are stocked, products are displayed properly, and the overall appearance of the store is appealing to customers.
3. Act as a role model for exceptional customer service, providing guidance and coaching to sales associates to ensure they provide the highest level of assistance to customers.
