Floor Associate

1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a friendly and positive first impression.
2. Assist customers with finding products and answering any questions they may have.
3. Maintain a clean and organized store layout by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring aisles are clear.
4. Be knowledgeable about our products and able to make recommendations to customers based on their needs.
5. Operate the cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
6. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to resolve any issues or concerns.
7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
8. Keep up-to-date with sales and promotions to inform customers and encourage purchases.
9. Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and employees.
10. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and go above and beyond to provide exceptional service.
11. Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
12. Maintain a positive attitude and be willing to assist in other areas of the store as needed.
