1. Develop and implement a comprehensive cloud computing strategy for Ace Hardware, aligning it with the overall business objectives and goals.
2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify the most suitable cloud computing solutions and technologies for the organization.
3. Collaborate with various teams, including IT, operations, and business leaders, to understand their requirements and incorporate them into the cloud computing strategy.
4. Lead the design and development of the organization's cloud architecture, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and efficient.
5. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in cloud computing, and make recommendations for incorporating them into the organization's technology infrastructure.
6. Conduct regular assessments and audits of the organization's cloud infrastructure to ensure it meets performance, security, and compliance standards.
7. Develop and maintain documentation, including architecture diagrams, policies, and procedures related to the cloud computing environment.
8. Provide technical guidance and support to IT teams and business stakeholders on cloud computing best practices and strategies.
9. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to implement and manage cloud computing services.
10. Identify potential risks and issues related to the organization's cloud infrastructure and develop mitigation plans.
11. Monitor and analyze cloud infrastructure performance metrics and make recommendations for optimization and improvement.
