1. Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport merchandise from our store to customers' homes or businesses.
2. Plan and organize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
3. Load and unload merchandise onto the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling and securing of items.
4. Verify orders and ensure that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
5. Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, professional, and helpful during deliveries.
6. Communicate with customers to confirm delivery times and provide updates on any delays or issues.
7. Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle, reporting any issues or concerns to management.
8. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the delivery vehicle.
9. Collaborate with store associates to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
10. Assist with other tasks within the store, such as stocking shelves and assisting customers, as needed.
