- Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the protection of company data and systems.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential security threats and weaknesses.
- Implement security measures and controls to prevent, detect, and respond to cyber attacks.
- Monitor and analyze network traffic and system logs to identify and investigate potential security breaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and threats to continuously improve the company's security posture.
- Develop and deliver cybersecurity training and awareness programs for employees to promote a culture of security.
- Conduct incident response and recovery activities in the event of a security breach.
- Work with third-party vendors to ensure the security of external systems and data.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on cybersecurity incidents, risks, and remediation efforts to senior management.
- Participate in the development and testing of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to data privacy laws and regulations.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other teams on cybersecurity-related matters.
- Proactively identify and address potential security gaps and recommend solutions to mitigate risks.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of security controls and make recommendations for improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Cybersecurity Role, Preferably In A Retail Or E-Commerce Environment.
Certifications Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Ceh.
Proficient In Network Security, Intrusion Detection And Prevention, And Risk Assessment.
Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations Such As Pci Dss, Hipaa, And Gdpr.
