- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and gift card payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including shelves and displays.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient shopping experience for customers.
- Proactively seek out opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.

- Uphold company standards for store appearance and customer service excellence.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

Excellent Communication Skills: A Customer Service Associate Must Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Interact And Assist Customers.
