  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
  2. Assist customers with their inquiries, providing product knowledge and recommendations.
  3. Ensure excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers by providing personalized service and addressing their individual needs.
  5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and gift card payments.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including shelves and displays.
  7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient shopping experience for customers.
  9. Proactively seek out opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to customers.
  10. Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  11. Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.
  12. Attend training and development programs to continuously improve customer service skills.
  13. Uphold company standards for store appearance and customer service excellence.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
