Corporate Counsel

In this position, you will report to the Assistant General Counsel and have the opportunity to provide practical, timely, and quality legal services. Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts including professional services agreements, consulting agreements, vendor contracts, software license and hosting agreements, software development agreements and supply agreements, in support of all commercial functions of Ace and its affiliates. Create and monitor Ace data security and Ace data privacy standards Responsible for contract management related to data privacy. Collaborate and work as part of a team with business leaders and other partners to provide creative solutions to business issues while eliminating or minimizing legal risks. Assist business clients with contract and other commercial disputes that may arise.
