1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the boutique location.
2. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to and addressing customers' needs and concerns.
3. Assist customers in finding the right products for their home improvement needs.
4. Utilize knowledge of products and services to make appropriate recommendations to customers.
5. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers at all times.
6. Keep boutique area clean, organized, and visually appealing.
7. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
8. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and changes in store promotions and policies.
9. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
10. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the boutique.
11. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and services.
12. Maintain inventory levels and assist with restocking shelves and displays.
13. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and maintain Ace Hardware's reputation for excellent service.
14. Attend trainings and workshops to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
