- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering and receiving of products to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize out-of-stock situations.
- Lead and motivate team members to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish to assist with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product recommendations.
- Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and services offered.

Previous Retail Management Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In The Hardware Industry. This Experience Should Include Managing A Team, Overseeing Store Operations, And Meeting Sales Targets.
