  1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store.

  4. Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

  7. Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to make informed decisions about product placement and pricing.
  8. Assist with scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage during peak business hours.
  9. Conduct regular audits of store procedures and processes to identify areas for improvement.
  10. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  11. Assist with managing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for product selection and merchandising.
  13. Ensure all safety and security measures are in place and followed at all times.
  14. Assist with budget planning and management to achieve financial targets.
  15. Act as a role model for team members by displaying a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication to customer service.
  16. Handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the store manager.
