Ace Hardware is seeking a talented and driven AIH Panama Replenishment Planner to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in maintaining optimal inventory levels and ensuring timely delivery of products to our stores in Panama. As a Replenishment Planner, you will have the opportunity to utilize your analytical skills and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business success.   1. Develop and implement effective supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products to stores in Panama.
  2. Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
  3. Utilize data analysis and forecasting techniques to identify trends and make proactive decisions to minimize inventory shortages and overstock situations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and make informed decisions on product assortments and inventory levels.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, sales data, and other relevant information.
  6. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure efficient and timely replenishment of products.
  7. Conduct regular review of supply chain processes and make recommendations for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  8. Monitor and track supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management to continuously improve processes and strategies.
  10. Provide regular reports and analysis to management on inventory levels, sales trends, and supply chain performance.
  11. Identify and resolve any supply chain issues or disruptions in a timely and effective manner.
  12. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to supply chain management.
  13. Train and mentor other team members on supply chain planning processes and procedures.
  14. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business success.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Replenishment Planning And Inventory Management, Preferably In A Retail Or Distribution Environment.

  • Proficient In Data Analysis And Forecasting Techniques, With Experience Using Inventory Management Software And Erp Systems.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Negotiate With Suppliers.

  • Knowledge Of International Logistics And Import/Export Regulations, With Experience Managing Inventory For Multiple Locations.
