
AIH Panama Replenishment Planner

As the Replenishment Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our stores are well-stocked with the right inventory at all times. - Develop and execute replenishment plans to ensure timely and accurate delivery of inventory to our stores.
- Monitor inventory levels and sales trends to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate receipt of inventory.
- Work closely with the buying team to forecast demand and plan for new product launches and promotions.
- Analyze sales data to identify slow-moving or excess inventory and make recommendations for markdowns or reordering.
- Monitor and track inventory levels and ensure the appropriate level of safety stock is maintained.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize transportation and warehouse capacity.
- Continuously review and improve replenishment processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with store managers to understand their specific inventory needs and adjust replenishment plans accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in replenishment and supply chain management.
- Train and mentor new team members on replenishment processes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to inventory levels and replenishment activities.
- Handle any issues or discrepancies related to inventory and replenishment in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as government regulations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the replenishment team.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Inventory Planning, Replenishment, Or Procurement.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Forecasting Tools, Such As Microsoft Excel And Sap.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work With Internal Teams And External Suppliers.
Knowledge Of Aih Panama's Product Line And Supply Chain Processes Is Preferred.
