Workday West Certified Payroll Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workday West Certified Payroll Lead to join our dynamic team at Accenture. - Review and analyze payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Serve as the lead subject matter expert for Workday payroll processes and provide guidance and support to the payroll team.
- Develop and maintain payroll processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay up-to-date with current payroll laws and regulations and ensure compliance within the company.
- Manage and process payroll for multiple clients, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Lead and mentor a team of payroll specialists, providing training and support as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any payroll related issues.
- Communicate with clients to address any payroll inquiries or concerns.
- Monitor and analyze payroll reports to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve payroll processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all payroll information.
- Participate in Workday updates and implementations, providing expertise on payroll processes.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of payroll data.
- Provide support for payroll audits and assist with any related inquiries.
- Act as a representative for the company in all matters related to payroll.
