Accenture is looking for an experienced and motivated Workday Financials Grants/Customers Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping our clients to develop and implement customized solutions to meet their financial reporting needs.We’re seeking a professional who is passionate about technology and financials, is familiar with Workday and the related processes, and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should possess outstanding communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to think strategically and make decisions quickly.To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Financials Grants/Customers or related consulting roles. Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems is also preferred. Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to develop and implement customized solutions to meet their financial reporting needs
  • Act as a technical expert and provide advice in the use of Workday Financials Grants/Customers
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Workday Financials Grants/Customers features, processes, and best practices
  • Create and maintain documentation for Workday Financials Grants/Customers processes
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and maintenance issues
  • Identify and recommend process improvements and enhancements
  • Assist in the testing and implementation of new features
  • Train clients and internal personnel on the use of Workday Financials Grants/Customers
  • Provide support for audit and compliance related activities
