The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Workday's Capabilities And Be Able To Configure, Customize And Troubleshoot The System Effectively.
Workday Certifications: The Candidate Should Hold At Least One Workday Certification In Either Hcm Or Security. A Workday Certified Hcm Professional Or A Workday Certified Security Professional Certification Is Preferred.
Project Management Skills: As A Lead For The Hcm/Security Team, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills. They Should Be Able To Plan, Execute And Monitor Workday Projects Effectively, Ensuring Timely Delivery And High-Quality Results.
