  1. Lead data management efforts for education and government clients using Workday technology.
  2. Develop and implement data strategies and solutions to meet client needs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  4. Utilize Workday tools and techniques to analyze and interpret data.
  5. Train and mentor team members on Workday data management best practices.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Workday technology.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert for Workday data management and provide guidance to clients.
  8. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.
  9. Design and implement data governance policies and procedures.
  10. Communicate with clients to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
  11. Monitor data quality and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  12. Lead data migration and integration projects.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Workday Platform: A Workday Certified Data Lead Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Workday Platform And Its Various Modules, Including But Not Limited To Hcm, Compensation, Benefits, And Payroll. They Should Also Have Experience In Implementing And Configuring These Modules For Clients In The Education And Government Sectors.

  • Workday Data Migration Expertise: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Data Migration, Including Experience With Data Loading, Transformation, And Validation In A Workday Environment. They Should Also Be Well-Versed In Data Conversion Strategies And Best Practices.

  • Education And Government Industry Experience: The Workday Certified Data Lead Should Have Prior Experience Working With Clients In The Education And Government Sectors. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of The Unique Business Processes, Compliance Requirements, And Data Governance Regulations Specific To These Industries.

  • Project Management Skills: A Successful Workday Certified Data Lead Should Possess Strong Project Management Skills And Be Able To Lead A Team Of Data Analysts And Consultants. They Should Have Experience With Project Planning, Resource Management, And Stakeholder Communication To Ensure Successful Project Delivery.
