Warranty Accounting Analyst

Finance operations responsibilities including daily cash postings, monthly client invoice creation, general Accounts Receivable tasks, manage warranty intercompany collections process. Maintain financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts in the agency management system. Prepare journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations monthly as part of the close process. Work with an offshore team that supports financial operations process for the Warranty division including Accounts Payable, Customer Refunds and Claims Check issuance. Meet operational and reporting deadlines timely. Contribute to the migration of operational processes and procedures onto SAP accounting systems and testing of the new agency management system, WISH. Perform other accounting duties and support accounting and finance center staff as required or assigned.
